My adult son is a patient here. I knew because a caring and kind counselor from the ER in my town let me know. I have called this facility 4 times in the past 3 days. Depending on which staff member answered the phone, I was treated very rudely. They would not give me any information about him, even though I have been involved with his care for 16 years. A parent's worst nightmare is not knowing where your family member is.

If you have a family member or friend with cancer, broken arm- hospitals let you know the patient is there. This place really puts the STIGMA into mental illness. Rude and uncaring. I pray my son is being treated well.
