Well, this place is most definitely a hotel that needs a complete renovation. The lobby lights were just being changed to LED while we were there. The carpet in the room is old, the drapes are old. The bed is atrocious--the frame sticks out and cuts you in the ankles. The spa tub took 20 minutes to fill because it has a small faucet such as used for a sink. The front door is chained closed at night so we had to use the side doors with our swipe card. Three times out of 12 nights the swipe card didn't work. We had to go to the front desk to have card keys reactivated. A few days there we arrived late at night after a hard day of work and room had not been cleaned. OK, no big deal I can sleep in the same bed...but no fresh towels. And this is after I have over $30 in tips to the cleaning service--$5 to $10 per day. While the front desk staff were nice and helpful it's just not the place I could stay for nearly two weeks. Now we know why it was cheaper than other hotels.
