I scheduled my online consult for 6pm yesterday with Britt. I tried emailing and calling to confirm my appointment and no one responded. I showed up at 5:55. I waited in the lobby until 6:20 and left. Medhi was there and kept saying she should be showing up but that he too had tried to contact her and she had not responded. No one has called me or emailed me since.
