First I want to thank our waiter John for making my birthday such a special day! We went to Carderos to meet friends and for brunch. It was my 65th so we started with Mimosas. John was incredibly attentive and informative with a great sense of humour. Brunch was excellent with delicious mushroom soup and Caesar salad and the must have Signature Wok Squid.
We mentioned to John that we were having dinner that night at the Sandbar (same restaurant group as Carderos) and the next thing you know John brings his manager Andy over who asked for our name and said he would contact his counterpart at the Sandbar to make sure we would have a birthday dinner we d never forget! Andy wasn t kidding as we had a spectacular meal at the Sandbar whilst being treated like royalty.
I can t thank John and Andy enough for creating one of our most memorable experiences.
