Highly recommended. These folks took the time to help us understand the different materials (latex, foam, springs, etc) and didn't rush us into a purchase. We fealt comfortable during the process and we love our mattress, it's so freaking comfortable. They have a great range of mattress types, we plan on returning to get our kids mattresses.
