Mr. Ruben Moreno delivered an outstanding customer service experience during this visit. He was open to my questions about the ac unit he serviced. I do not know anything about ac's but he brought the information to me in a language I can understand. He made it so simple to me. Thank you! He took his time to make sure we understand the Jon Wayne process and gave us a trusting environment in the conversations. Yes, trust is very important to us. We are glad that we started with a maintenance plan, we believe that Jon Wayne got our back now to keep our house ac's running very well. Highly recommended.
