One of the landmarks of Adana, Sabanc Central Mosque and the Central Park, located right next to it, are among the points that the visitors of the city must visit.
Historic Stone Bridge and near the Seyhan River mosque located on the side, Adana benefactors, Religious Foundation of Turkey and were built through contributions from the state budget, Sabanc family also made large donations for the work that goes on in that period.

Sabanci Central Mosque, which started to serve in 1998, was established on a total area of 52.600 m2 and has a closed area of 6.600 m2. Sabanc Central Mosque has become a symbol of the city because of its location, the main arteries located in Adana, the railway and the roads connecting Adana to the surrounding provinces and districts are visible from a distance with its high minarets.
The mosque has the characteristic of being the largest mosque in the Balkans and the Middle East with the opportunity of worship that it can provide to 28,500 people.

The 32-meter dome of the Sabanc Mosque, which has a magnificent structure on the edge of the Seyhan River, has a minaret of 6 meters, and sits on eight elephant legs. The height of the dome from the elevated prayer is 54 meters. Four minarets adjacent to the main body are 99 meters high, and two minarets in the last congregation area are 75 meters high.
