Love this hotel. Stay there all the time. Staff at the door is great. Bit hit and miss in the lounge on responsiveness and attitude. Room are comfy and great. Still good room interior design while not changed for over 10 years which is the only down side ( amend 2020: rooms have now been upgrade guys! )
