I have a year membership to your gym and this is not the first year that I enroll with your gym with my family. I used to use the back door which is more convenient for me to enter the gym and the pool I was here on last Saturday and every thing was ok. Today I was at the back door as usual the security man told me to go to use the front gate rudely without any explanation.

I am very frustrated from his behavior. And from this new policy without even any kind of announcement that I had to be told in an impolite way at the back gate.
