I recently purchased some flooring from this company and I have to say that I was not particularly impressed with the overall experience. The website was user-friendly and I was able to find what I was looking for, but the customer service left me feeling a bit disappointed. I encountered some issues with the delivery of my order and the communication from the company was lacking. Additionally, I found the quality of the flooring to be just average, especially considering the price point. Overall, I would say my experience was okay, but not outstanding. I hope the company can work on improving their customer service and product quality in the future.
