This course is a lot of fun. Greens are in bad shape. Many bare spots and unrepaired ball marks. Bunkers were not raked out after the previous days rain. We played Saturday at 1151 and there was no beverage cart. Talked to the Marshall and he mentioned the course was over booked as a LPGA group showed up. Took us 5 hours to get through 17. We had to skip 18 due to other plans. Tee boxes are in great shape, same as the fairways. Many of the fairways are narrow. We played the gold tees at ~6700 yds but with the humidity and the elevation changes it felt like we were playing 7000 yds. Overall the course is still better than most course in St. Louis. We got a discounted tee time of $50 which made the course comparable for the condition that it was in. I would probably give the course 2 stars if I would have had to pay the full $70. In the end I will be playing this course again.
