Can't believe how in Jan 2019 this hospital and staff was so helpful and brilliant how they looked after me well I've had to come back as I've got some issues again it's been a nightmare I've come here with issues and they told me nothing wrong that was 2 o'clock in the morning then still not right I came back at 3 in the afternoon Same day finally got on the ward at midnight was told we will do a ct scan tomorrow 2.30 in the afternoon they do the scan I then go back to ward waiting for the out come no one has told me what is going on at 5.50pm I ask the nurse to find out the jnr doc comes to see me and tells me the notes are not ready but I will be back and let u no well it's 22.52 at night and Iam still waiting but I did ask him will I no tonight he said yes well what a lie that was my point to this is please tell people what is going on I've been on the ward all day with no one saying what is going on then when I ask at 7pm what's going on all they said u will be staying again tonight thank u for letting me know when my partner has been her all day as well waiting to see what's the matter they keep asking us to fill in the customer service how did we do form really not happy with how they have handle this
