Outrageous booking service
Food is overrated, was like pub food plated well. Each element of the duck and waffle dish was nice, but together it wasn't as stellar as what people made it out to be.
Service was horrendous, could have been because the restaurant was insanely loud like a nightclub
However, it's a cheaper option than paying to go up the shard
