I have had nothing but issues with this Toyota loc...

I have had nothing but issues with this Toyota location. In November, I purchased a vehicle from this location. Prior to my purchase, Eric, the salesman, and I had a compromise that the 60,000 mile check up would be done prior to me purchasing the vehicle because at the time the vehicle already had 58,000 miles. I have recently had issues with my vehicle's transmission. After going in to this location today and speaking with Chris (who also seemed to have no idea what he was talking about) he said that there is no history of a 60,000 mile check up on record at all. Therefore, Eric, the man who sold me this vehicle, lied about the maintenance just to make a sale. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. Don't come to this dealership looking for helpful, knowledgeable employees because you will surely be disappointed.
