The staff at Centurylink Field is so unprofessional and rude. They do not care about people. They do not know what customer service is. It seems like the people that work there don't know how to answer questions. I went to see Taylor Swift on 05/22/18, and I had questions regarding restrooms and exits, a manager (first level), raised her voice on me and yelled at me. I have never felt so mistreated and miserable. She was rude and had an uncalled behavior.
