150 dollars is the amount I owe each month for using this company s internet. I get to use the internet maybe 4 days of the week, and in those 4 days I like to relax and play games but never can because I can t keep a stable connection, it s not router related because I went the extra mile and got the best ones on the market and have programmed it via app. Now I understand technically difficulty. But I swear it s something different every day. but anytime I wanna use the internet I have to call in and ask why it s not working and that gets old, I shouldn t have to do that almost every time. I pay way too much for the service I have for it too work like this. I hope this company can help me out and make things right. Still good internet when it does work, but getting it too work is a 50-50 chance. On top of this I live in a rural area and my cell service is next to nothing so I heavily rely on this company for communication. Either way, this company gets 3 stars from me because of the very poor speed/connections and it s unfair pricing to match it. But there team who handle the calls are very nice, very understanding, very professional and I would give them a 5 star alone. Anytime I experience some issues (like right now) they typically give me an answer and help out with the billing sometimes. I don t think I would refer this company to a friend yet, not until they give out more speed or unless they live in the city. Either way I m holding onto hope in regards to them fixing there stuff and making it right.
