Terrible experience. Ate here giving Outback yet another "try" after telling myself I absolutely wouldn't after the last experience. The bread on my chicken sandwich was so dry I couldnt eat it. And although our server seemed to be nice at first.. She was a ghost! Brought the wrong drink with sugar and my husband doesn't have sugar and said "my bad". She looked at my sandwich torn apart where I was trying to eat just the chicken and the bread was pushed to the side (Once she finally came back to the table that is) and just asked me if I wanted a to go box. Granted I should have said it was bad but didn't want to deal with it by then. We would never not tip a server and normally leave a very large tip but we ended up leaving the bare minimum for tip, which is unfortunate. The food needs to improve but for us... we will not be back unfortunately.
