This is the most mismanaged company I have seen. It took me a month and hours talking to their multiple representatives to finally port my phone number to another provider. AND they charged me for using my landline for a whole month while it wasn't even working. They outsources their chat support and there is no coordination between different branches of customer support. Stay away if you can, but here in Toledo we are doomed because Buckeye Broadband is the only source of decent internet speed. They have a monopoly and they don't care.
