I hired the company for an overseas shipment to Singapore, and my shipment arrived a month later than their estimated arrival date. When I inquired about the delay, the company initially blamed it on me, saying that I didn't submit all my forms early enough for the shipment. I had to remind them that I was the one who had to constantly check in with them regarding forms, payment, etc. Their person in charge of international shipment had to go on leave, which I can understand, but they shouldn't blame the delay on the customer. It turned out that the shipping company only has one shipment a month, and the company cancelled a shipment, hence the delay. There was no compensation for the major delay.

The moving staff was very friendly, but I certainly will not hire this company again. At least not with international shipment. I just haven't got around to file a complaint with the BBB.
