I'd give it a zero if possible, terrible service & Rude!! My family and I stopped in on July 15th after attending a baby shower for my grandson due in Sept. It was around 7:30 pm, we had a really nice time, family had driven in from all over so we all headed to Arrow Lodge Brewing.. My son's ordered and asked the gentleman working some reccomendations, his response was were a brewing company everything is good, he was arrogant and rude in his tone! We were a larger crowd so sat on the patio, shortly after we went outside the gentleman came out, walked about halfway down the narrow opening and walked back inside, d idnt say a word?! As if we were doing something wrong?! One of my son's ordered another beer and I was going to say something but my son wanted to give him another chance.. Again he came outside (2nd time in less than 20 minutes) as if to catch us doing something wrong, like were five years old, and my son was using his vape. He told my son no vaping in his rude tone as before. There was a no smoking sign, but not a no vaping sign like you see at most establishments.. We left and went somewhere else where we were treated with much more respect!! From the time we arrived till the Time we left (30 minutes or less) the worker made us feel unwelcome and clearly felt he needed to monitor us like children.. We will not be returning!
