Mack s sales staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Great with kids and ensure right bike fit. Noel was extremely patient and helpful this weekend. We found the right bike for my daughter (6 years), she didn't want to stop test riding every bike in the shop. She absolutely loves her new bike. My wife found the right bike for herself that will help her chase down my daughter.

As a triathlete, I find the service staff top notch. They cover all you need to compete from day one with a bike fitting to periodic maintenance and tuning. As I became more experienced in the sport, we worked together and upgraded components to match my goals and performance (ie, wheels, power meter). And last year I crashed out and cracked my carbon frame. Roberio Bezerra and team identified a specialist for the repair and coordinated the shipping and assembly.
