second visit this week was to be between 8 and 10 this morning. Here we are at 10:30 and the tech has not turned up yet. I call back in only to find he was still a half hour away. I would have thought since the first service visit did not fix the heating problem (and they were an hour late for that appointment as well) they would have been here early and eager to resolve the issue. On the first visit the tech went to Guelph looking for my address... So far no solution to my issue and another work morning shot waiting... at best my experience has been a 4 out of 10.
As an update to this review the General Manager contacted me directly to arrange this repair, parts we rushed in and the technician was dispatched for the time I was available, not their service window. Frustration for sure but they followed through after all.
