Very well run hotel - was very busy and completely booked when I stayed. However, was checked in quick, accommodated all requests. The hotel was very clean considering the amount of people going through it. Its centrally located along Yonge, Bay, and Gerrard - great location. Planning to stay here next time I am in Toronto.
