The hole experience with Morris rose was very good, they went above and beyond to fix a problem that was not of there making, they stood behind a part that was shipped in from another state, they lost a lot of money to do the right thing for the customer, a huge thank you to my salesman Spencer and to management for turning what I thought was going to be a very bad situation into a very good outcome.
