After receiving apology emails and videos, I wanted to still work with Tom Kadlec Honda. However, after a few emails with the sales person I decided not to. Reason being, after my incident with them on Friday, September 9th, I asked them if I could get a discount for their poor costumer service. Their sales rep said yes. So after 3 days of exchanging emails with him, he offered me $21,670 from the market price of $23,000. Sounds like a good deal right? No. The only reason why I went there in the first place was because I was quoted a price of $20,816 from another person from that same dealership. When I told him that I was quoted that price, he quickly said that he can match that price but was not willing to waive the registration fees or give me additional features for the inconvenience they have caused me.

I live out of town so I made an appointment at 5 on Friday with Pedro. Got there on Friday and was not happy. They greet me at the door and I told them that I had an appointment with Pedro at 5. They told me to take a seat and they called for him. So my buddy and his girlfriend, who took me, and I sat in the lobby for 2 hours and still didn't get any service. In that 2 hours that we were there, no one came back to ask us if we needed anything or why we were there. So after 2 hours we waited long enough and just left. What was even more upsetting was that people came in after they were closed and still got helped while we sat there and waited. The only good thing that happened was that another person, right when we got there, offered us drinks and snacks while we waited. Other than that it was very disappointing experience.
