Robert Patterson and his team at Artesian are fantastic! As a first time home buyer, learning all of the ins and outs of the business and the requirements to close the deal is overwhelming. Never mind the added stress of the Shutdown. Alexa helped to guide us through the process making it a pain-free experience. Our questions were always answered promptly and thoroughly, in language that I was able to understand. Robert s team coordinated everything we needed with our mortgage broker, our realtor, and the seller side, and kept us informed throughout the entire process.
At the closing, there are tons of documents to sign. Bob(our Closer) came prepared, with all documentation organized and ready to go. He explained each document and everything else we would need to know. Ali was extremely professional, but at the same time he was laid back. He kept us smiling and laughing the whole time!

They provided a detailed email after our closing covering all of the follow-up information we need to know, and assured us that we can continue to reach out to him with questions.
