eek 'n Peak has been expanding its summer recreation activities during the past five years. There are many wonderful activities for people of various adventure levels to participate in. These adventures include:
*2 PGA level Golf Courses
*Aerial Adventure Courses
*Giant Dual Zip Line
*Soaring Eagle Zip Line Coaster
*Mini-Golf
*Segways
*Mountain Biking
*Disc Golf

I recently participated in the various zip line adventures.

Aerial Adventure Courses: This contains 8 different courses at 6 various adventure levels. It starts with an aerial course designed for 5 and 6 year olds and works its way up. Everyone must demonstrate the ability to successfully complete the lower level courses and may work their way up. These eight courses offer a total of 69 obstacles to go through. As you work your way up to the double black course, they will begin to require more upper-body strength. Each course contains 1 or 2 zip lines. Upper level courses require you to jump out of a tree to finish the course with the help of a true blue zip line connection will allows you to fall slowly on most courses. Staff is available to assist you as needed.

You will complete a short training session prior to going on the aerial courses. The courses are very enjoyable. Upper level courses may take between 30 and 45 minutes depending on your ability level and how busy the course is. I would estimate the height of the courses to go between 8 and 50 feet for most obstacles. A few may be slightly higher or slightly lower.

You will have two hooks attached to your harness. One of those hooks will be attached to the guide cable or tree cable at all times. You must have one attached before you can unlock the second one. If you do not mind heights, I would highly recommend these courses.

Giant Dual Zip Line: Ride the ski lift to the top of the mountain, climb the spiral staircase to the top of the zip line deck. You go approximately 1,000 feet from the first platform to the second platform. From there, they will reattach you to send you to the final platform. You may race someone beside you. At the end, either climb down the spiral staircase or jump off the deck.

You are attached to various ropes at all times while on the platforms while staff is attached and moving your trolley from one zip line to the next. This zip line provides for a very smooth ride between platforms. Highly recommend if you are not afraid of heights or want to overcome a fear.

Soaring Eagle Coaster Zip Line: This is a new coaster-style zip line that opening in 2017. You can fit 2 people on the Soaring Eagle car. It will quickly pull you backwards to the top of a large pole and release you to the bottom of the zip line. This provides for a quick ride. You are seat-belted in but do not have a bar to hang onto. There is a place on the side of the car you may grip.

New Explore Pass (2018): If you plan to participate in two or more activities during your trip, I would recommend checking out the 2018 Explorer Pass for $59. You are provided with all day, unlimited use of the aerial course, dual zip lines, Soaring Eagle, chairlift, mini-golf, disc golf and bikes.

Parking: Free

Waiver Form: You must complete a waiver form in order to participate in zip line and segway activities.

Tickets/Passes: You may purchase tickets/passes online or at the resort. For a 3-hour aerial course pass, it is recommended to make advance reservations to guarantee yourself a spot as they only take 30-people every half hour. I would recommend this particularly on Saturdays.

Restaurant: Bistro 210 is a restaurant, pub and banquet hall located at the Inn.

Bottom Line: If you are looking for a summer adventure and don't mind heights, I recommend checking on Peek 'n Peak Resort. The entire zip line experience is a thrilling adventure.
