Had a service appointment at 8am. It was a simple recall inspection and was told the job would be about 2 hours (I was the first appointment of the day)

6 hours later I came in to get it and they were just starting to look at it. I never received a phone call and even checked in at 11:00. They gave me every excuse in the world but nothing was actually done.
