Great experience with service, but they scatched my bezel
UPDATE
Went back 7-7-19 to get my radio replaced again because of a navigation problem. The replacement radio didn't work and they scratched the bezel worse than before. I'm now waiting for another radio. I'm not very happy, and they had to put my original radio back in . I basically wasted a vacation day at the dealer
