I don't know why it is our fault that they are bus...

I don't know why it is our fault that they are busy and how dare I order food for a delivery. Since I had the nerve to order when they are busy then it is my fault that my food is cold and how dare I call and see where my food is when I was told it would be 1hr 15min and it has been 2hrs. I am sick and tired of getting an attitude on the phone. This is the last straw. We will not be ordering from them any more. If I am such a burden then they won't miss our business.
