I would leave zero stars if I could. The vehicle purchase process was long and overdrawn. The car salesman who I worked with kept telling me how great of a deal I was getting as if I should have been thanking him for allowing me to buy the vehicle. He was also annoyed with me when I asked questions. In addition the finance manager tried to get me to sign a purchase agreement with a higher interest rate than the standard APR for vehicle loans, and he was obviously irritated that I did not purchase any of the unnecessary add-ons. I felt like the dealership did not want to sell the vehicle to me. The worst thing of all is that two weeks after I purchased my vehicle, I contacted my lienholder to find out why they hadn't sent me a statement to pay my first car loan payment. The reason they hadn't sent it to me is because the dealership had not sent them the loan package. I called the dealership and found out that the financial manager, instead of sending my loan package to my lienholder, tucked away my loan package in a file drawer!! So if I had not done my own due diligence, my lienholder would not have received my loan package and I would have been late on my car loan payment and my credit would have been ruined.
