Heyn Brothers has been nothing but a headache to work with. We got new windows and siding from them 4 months ago. One of my windows is leaking water and some of the other windows leak air on windy days. If you look out the windows my curtains move when the wind blows. I have called our sales person several times about this issue. He has assured me that someone else will call me about this issue and no one has called. It has been 15 days since I have heard from anyone there. Every time I have called the office it goes to voicemail. Seriously if you are looking for a company who will stand behind their product and fix any issues that come up don't choose them. This has been a nightmare and I am so frustrated.
