I went here today to look at and buy a new snowblower. I was in the store for 10-15 minutes looking closely at them while being ignored by 3 people at the counter and another on the phone. They could easily see I was looking at new snowblowers but yet not one person asked if I needed help. I would have even been happy if they noticed me and said they were busy and would be with me when they could.

I've had this happen here before. I would prefer to give my business to a smaller local company rather than a big box store, but in this case I think I would have had better luck at Home Depot. I cannot endorse this company, unless of course you like being ignored.
