I received a letter from AMIC the first week in June. I called to see what a refinance with them would be all about. My contact, Frank Fletcher, communicated with me through out the process. Frank's professionalism stood out during the entire process. He responded immediately when I had questions. He made sure that all of the T's were crossed and the I's were dotted.
