An old resident of my address has not paid her bills. I get the letter so I do
mail nicely that she no longer lives here. 'Thanks for reporting. Will be resolved '.
Then another letter to which I just call would be resolved. Another letter! Called again and said I don't want to have to do this again. 'Yes, can you return the letter to the sender differently? - no, I opened it for your telephone number.
"ooh but can you put it in an envelope and mail it?"
-Dear customer service ma'am, surely I have something better to do than do your work for you?
