When I came into SMP it was for a simple test drive. I met with Joel who was a sales rep. he treated me with respect and honesty. He asked me questions about myself and my interests to help find the perfect car for me. I had brought along 2 passengers to help with the drive and Joel kindly offered to sit in the backseat and he let me go where I wanted to go so I could thoroughly test the vehicle how I wanted to test it. Another admirable thing was he never discouraged me from test driving other brands of the same class of vehicle, which showed to me a confidence he had in the vehicle he was selling. After all my test drives I immediately knew that I was gonna be treated right at SMP. So I sat down with Joel and he showed me options that he knew I was looking for and that would fit me. Drove off the lot the same day with a brand new car with a great deal and I couldn't be more happy and excited!
