This is my third Lexus and I would not trust anyone else but the Magnussens Lexus. They are very knowledgeable, professional and the follow through is outstanding. I know Monte since 1998 when my first Lexus was purchased. He is the best service director I ever dealt with. He respond very quickly and resolved any issues in a timely manner. He even picked up and delivered my in a crunch time. Unfortunately I had to move out of the Bay Area but I miss my favorite dealership and people at Magnussens. I wish them good luck!
