On my visits to Penang - I ve always stayed at Hotel Jen. With the renovations completed last year - the rooms look fresher and brighter. However, noted that the pool area was not updated. Looked quite run down.
Service is good and attentive. Seems that Executive lounge area is smaller. Apartment is nice. Very spacious.
