Thank you, Northside Lexus, for the fine service of my Lexus recently! I've had my car for seven years now and have never had a bad experience with any of my service appointments! My salesman (Bobby Bosley) continues to contact me each year on the anniversary of the purchase of my Lexus to offer any assistance with trade-ins, info about new models, etc. Andy Skok did a fine job during this last visit to have my car's oil changed and the scheduled service issues evaluated. I have never been disappointed with Northside Lexus and so appreciate the comfortable waiting room, the complimentary beverages and the wonderful cookies! Everyone is always respectful, helpful, professional and very friendly.
