I called to have the shuttle pick me back up where it had dropped me off, Toyota/ Guest relations desk didn t answer the phone the first time, called back about 10 minutes later got an answer from pressing 0 and she forwarded me and again no answer. Walked for about 2 miles in the cold windy afternoon. Then when I m walking into the parking lot of Toyota I see my truck and noticed that it did not get the $5 car wash I asked for. Spoke with the representative I needed to check out with and explained the situation, I got 2 free car washes.....oh yay since I don t live in Kennewick I need to drive all the way over and get my truck washed. Every time I get my vehicles serviced at Toyota something ridiculous happens I swear. Not to mention I have purchased 3 vehicles from them.
