Could the two reviews below please make contact with us based on your written reviews. We firstly take deposits legally and return them fully within legal parameters when a tenant applies for an AST. We are of the opinion that you are a previous fraudulent application for a tenancy not providing full details and the second review is a short term guest whom lost damage deposit due to a party and smoking violation. We cannot trace either of your names and would welcome you to please contact us so we can resolve any issues. If you are staying with us short term please note we do take a damage deposit and ID to ensure we know whom is staying with us and to ensure no abuse of the properties we manage. Damage deposits are refunded on 99% of occasions. You clearly violated staying rules by organising a party or smoking violation. Both are clearly stated as rules in your terms and conditions.
