Disgraceful company. I submitted a claim on behalf of my sister who was diagnosed with Frontal Temporal Lobe Dementia. In their infinite wisdom they expected someone with DEMENTIA to know or remember she even had disability insurance on her car let alone she would know she had to fill out forms or have the ability. I requested that they look at the claim carefully and actually read the many doctor's reports which they clearly didn't do as the response came very fast. DEMENTIA, what part do they not understand????? Just another insurance scam as far as I am concerned.
