I am Alexis Lazo...... a 39 year old female pt of Dr. Walline.....For 2 years I was waiting for my previous doctor to do the jaw surgery on me..... at the last minute, he decided to not do any surgery anymore.....I was so devastated and at the same time i felt hopeless..... Dr. Walline was my lifesaver.... the first time I met Dr. Walline, I felt very comfortable, he had this aura of being cool, calm and collected..... I felt very at ease..... Dr. Walline was very straightforward..... told me the risks snd benefits of the surgery.....after my consultation I decided to do the surgery asap..... as soon as we decided on the surgery date.... Dr. Walline and his staff were so amazing, they helped me all the way especially Ms. Jackie...... come surgery date.... the whole staff were all there for me.... ms. Jackie was even holding my hand.... helping me relax bec my blood pressure was so high and I was so anxious.....thats how much they took care of me.... i felt so special.....the surgery went well as expected.... I am now recuperating at home..... the pain and swelling was worth it considering how i look and feel now.....Dr. Walline.... I could never thank you enough for all that you have done..... and i commend all your staff, especially Ms. Jackie for doing everything above and beyond the call of duty..... I am eternally grateful to all of you....
