If there wasn't a monopoly in my area for internet I would have a different service. My bill has been messed up more times than I can count. It feels like I have to call once a month to get it straightened out, which is a chore in itself because the "24/7" customer service is only available 9-3 Monday through Thursday. When I first signed up for my service I was told if I provided my own modem it would be a $10 discount. 4 months later I stopped receiving the discount and the customer service associate told me no such discount exists dispite what my billed said. Absolutely the worst of the worst.
