I can't think of a more painful experience in real life than dental work. Notwithstanding that, Olson got the teeth out with a minimum of discomfort and time. He kept the suffering to a minimum. Everything did happen quickly, like a well oiled machine. I didn't go there for a friend, I didn't find one. I did find a competent dentist that did his work with dispatch professionally. Dr Olson is a pro. Bedside manner is just icing on a cake. If that's important to you, tell them that on the phone before your first appointment. I would be surprised if that need was not accommodated.
