If I could give less than 1 star I would. Booked a room through Travelzoo & they used Tourico as a third party. They charged our credit card & then sent us a cancellation - saying there was a problem with the card. The truth is - they did not want to honor the deal we got. Thankfully we received a full refund - but it was highly inconvenient to have to find a different room at the last minute. Tourico should not have lied about our card and they should have honored the deal that we booked.
