My experience with PHRG was outstanding from beginning to end. From the coordination between all of the different departments to the professionalism of each person we interacted with, the experience was the best I've ever had with any home remodeling project.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and respectful of all of my concerns with the enormity of the decision I had to make & didnt pressure me into doing something I wasnt comfortable with. The install team led by Dave were fantastic including cleaning up after themselves & always explaining what was going on with the project.

The team ran into a few issues building frames in my daughter's room & having to rip out an existing bay window support structure & re-siding that area, all which was incremental to the job scope & quote, but this top notch company didnt quabble over the extra scope & completed it with $0 additional cost to me in exchange for my patience as the job ran over a full day due to the extra work.

This day in age it's rare to find a company so easy to work with & not looking to squeeze every dime out of their clients. I have some family & friends looking to get windows or roofs or siding done & I will definitely recommend PHRG to them! As a matter of fact, I need to get my doors replaced soon & my home re-sided sometime in the future & no doubt I will be calling on PHRG to do those jobs as well!
