Lipstick on a pig. This hotel is not what they advertise. At first the hotel looks nice, and the rooms certainly do in photos, but up close, it's extremely old, and despite Marriott taking over a few years ago. It has essentially never been updated. The managers don't seem to care and the service level is the worst of any Marriott/ Starwood/SPG hotel I've probably ever stayed at. The bathrooms are disgusting and bath tubs have paint peeling. The water from the sink came out brown (so they offered me the "free" bottled water in the room). The floors are painted white, so they look dirty. Reserving a suite and No turn down service.. and they are charging over $600 per night?! I guess I'm the stupid one.
