Harbor links is one of the best public courses challenging holes, well kept, great views. You get a dinner with your round but its expensive. I'm a resident and its $85 during the week and $100 in weekends. Its $130 if your not a resident. The rough is quite thick if I hit in the rough I usually take a more lofted iron a come up short of the green then chip on.
