I ve always heard that Smythe Volvo had an excellent reputation, and I got to experience it first hand. I had a particular pre-owned car in mind when I went there, and my salesman, Bob Cerza, showed it to me. He walked me through the whole car, taking his time to detail each feature. He was very kind and courteous. When I decided it was the one, the sales process was quick and smooth. When I picked up the car, Bob once again explained each feature in detail. I love my car, Volvo always speaks for its name, and now I can say Smythe does also!
